A message for Beginners

The environment we create is friendly, positive, and supportive.

Don’t worry if you are a brand-new shooter. Our beginner courses start as if you’ve never touched a gun before. And you will never be pushed to shoot beyond your abilities. We won’t pressure you. But we will demonstrate proper shooting techniques, discuss self-defense tactics, answer your gun-related questions, teach you safe firearms skills, coach you so that you increase your rate of fire while maintaining your accuracy, and generally encourage you to be the best shooter you can be.

You are welcome to train on your own weapons

(provided they are safe and suitable). But you don’t need to own weapons to train with us. All equipment will be provided to you at a nominal charge, and all of our weapons are state-of-the art.

If you are interested in learning how to shoot a handgun,

you will want to register for our Combat Handgun I Course. This is our version of a Basic Firearms Safety Course. But it goes well beyond what you would expect. You will learn the same handgun skills we teach to police and military personnel—only at a comfortable pace and with hands-on coaching the entire time. And, while this course is perfect for complete beginners, it’s also an excellent “refresher” course for those who are a bit rusty with their handgun skills.

We also offer beginner-level rifle and shotgun courses. And private lessons are available in each weapon system should you desire one-on-one training.

NOTE TO EXPERIENCED SHOOTERS:

If you are an intermediate-level or advanced shooter, please note that we offer courses to suit all skill levels. Whatever level you are currently at, we will increase your speed, your accuracy, your moving-while-shooting skills, your close-contact skills, and your ability to think tactically. These skills will exponentially improve your ability to survive a lethal encounter and to protect your loved ones.
